Tele-Calling Executive
About the Role
Role Summary: Responsible for generating leads, promoting ISV services, and building relationships with customers, creators, production houses and advertising agencies. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers, contributors and agency partners. - Promote ISV’s stock footage, AI video creation and custom video services. - Generate leads, conduct follow-ups and convert prospects into active users. - Maintain call records, lead databases and follow-up reports. - Achieve daily calling, lead generation and onboarding targets. Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or lead generation. - Good communication skills in Hindi and English. - Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools. - Confident, persuasive and target-oriented approach. - Experience in digital media or B2B sales is an advantage.
