• Contributors must ensure uploaded content is original or properly licensed and include necessary releases.
• Customers must use content in compliance with the License Agreement.
• Do not falsely represent affiliation with SG INDIA INC or other entities.

Violations may result in:

• Warning notices
• Content removal
• Account suspension or termination
• Forfeiture of royalties/payments (for Contributors)
• Reporting to law enforcement (for serious violations)

• Upload high-quality, professional content.
• Provide accurate titles, tags, and descriptions.
• Respect cultural sensitivities and diversity.
• Report suspicious or abusive activity to support@indianstockvideo.com.

This Policy complies with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines & Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. SG INDIA INC acts as an intermediary and will take prompt action upon receiving valid complaints of unlawful content.
